Gravity-flow Auto Backwashing Filter
GABF^® (Sand media) GACF^® (Activated Carbon media) References

GABF^®/GACF^® are sand or activated carbon granular media gravity filters that have been used successfully for a decade in the treatment of potable water and wastewater. The influent flows through the filter media from top to bottom by gravity and is discharged to the outlet. The reciprocating backwashing device automatically moves one cell at a time and backwashing proceeds inside the cover.
